At Fusion we provide quarterly external maintenance assessments to ensure your property or premises are compliant with required standards. We assess the external aspect of buildings, grounds and surrounding landscape detailing findings. Our Site Assessment Team is fully DBS checked and provide highly visible site presence throughout on site assessment. Our tablet based reporting software uses a traffic light system to highlight the severity of issues and contains location information, recommendation for rectification and full back up with regard to rectification contractor selection and sourcing. “Our aim is to prevent costly reactive repairs through regular assessment and planning.”

Our Pricing

Maintenance assessment packages start from £100.00 per quarter depending on the size of the premises. All packages are tailored to suit the premises and client’s needs. All packages require an initial site assessment followed by written quotation
